Service Description

Yipp is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers optimize their resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and target specific regional markets. Our services include CV parsing, AI-powered resume optimization, keyword enhancement, and document export in PDF and DOCX formats.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use Yipp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Yipp, including your CVs and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-Generated Content

Yipp uses AI to optimize and reformat your resume. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before using it. We recommend verifying all information in your optimized resume before submitting it to employers.

Prohibited Uses

You may not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; impersonate others or submit fraudulent information; or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

Intellectual Property

The Yipp platform, including its design, code, AI models integration, and branding, is owned by Yipp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Yipp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; AI-optimized resumes will result in job interviews or employment; or the platform will meet your specific requirements. Resume optimization results may vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yipp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
